About this class

Developed by Hollywood celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree, their CORE40® Full Body Ramped class is an innovative blend of core work, cardio and weight training specifically designed to strengthen, tighten and tone the body quickly and safely using their specially engineered, state-of-the-art Megaformer “M3"®, along with the latest Lagree Ramped technology which inclines the Megaformer to elevate your workout to the next level! If you don't wish to use the ramp technology in class, just ask your instructor to turn it off and you'll get a modified (but still challenging) experience. This 40-minute, music-inspired, intense full body workout gets and keeps your heart rate up while targeting your upper body, lower body and core.

How to prepare

WHAT TO BRING/EXPECT... • A towel, if desired (CORE40 is an ecoconscious organization and does not offer towel service due to the water waste it creates). • A water bottle, which you can fill using our filtered water system. • Please wear anything you might feel comfortable doing yoga or running in. • The CORE40 workout is done wearing grip socks (recommended) or barefoot. We have grip socks for sale at the studio. • Expect a high intensity workout! • Refer to our online FAQs for more helpful info

How to get there

CLASS SWITCH POLICY: Drop-ins to a class other than your reserved time/location will be charged at $35 LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Please arrive a few minutes prior to class start time. Your spot will be held up to the time class starts, then it may be given to a standby client. If it's your first class, you MUST arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time in order to get the machine rundown. If you do not arrive early, you will be asked to reschedule your first class due to safety concerns.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
