Core10 classes are 50-minutes of heart-pumping, high-intensity, low-impact, full body strength training workouts on springloaded Allegro 2 machines. This workout is athletic, challenging and designed for people who want to change the way they look, feel and move in just 10 sessions or less. How to prepare

If you are a new client, plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get set up on your reformer and purchase grip socks if you don't have any (they are required safety and sanitary reasons). Shoes and bare feet are not permitted on the equipment. Bring a hand towel as you will most likely sweat. Bottled water is available for purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own water bottle and fill up with their filtered, cold water that is provided in the studio.

How to get there

The Core10 Pilates Studio is located at 17525 Gold Plaza in Omaha, NE. Located just north of Center on 175th - next to Fresh Thyme and Salon Z.

What is ClassPass?
