How to prepare

We provide towels, hair dryers and GHDs, self locking lockers and Malin + Goetz products. Our bikes have both cleats and straps. Cycle shoes are available for hire. Please arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of your class as we will be unable to let you in once the class has started.

How to get there

We're just next to Holland Park behind Byron - about a 5 minute walk from High Street Kensington tube station.

Great instructor! Really enjoyed this. Only thing is it was a bit too dark in the studio so I struggled to see the exercises written on the mirror. Also the lockers locks are very confusing!

On the whole pretty good, but took a little too long to get into the workout. Could have been a little more challenging.

Good vibes and high energy class. However there was no coaching or helping with doing moves correctly.

Well structured class with clear demoes and some challenging exercises. To make it even better...would have liked more variety in the interim intervals between stations, also saw alot of people doing kettlebell swings incorrectly or inefficiently so think more hands on feedback would be good. Also more motivational feedback towards the end would have definitely got me pushing harder!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
