About this class

F.I.T. ROW™- The Full Body Experience Using a rower call Waterrower® and resistance training. This program can burn some serious calories per class. What are the benefits? You are working 9 body parts (back, shoulders, biceps, traps, hamstrings, quads, glutes, calves and core) all within a single stroke. If desired, this workout can be modified into an upper body, lower body or full body workout. It allows for variation depending on your physical level. Best of all its easy on the joints which makes it appropriate for all fitness levels. Join the movement as we Push, Pull and Repeat our way to a healthier lifestyle.

Thornhill 10 Disera Drive unit 230 second floor above Bagel World. Parking is at the back of the building and entrance is on the left. FIT Row with Coach J is awesome Wednesday nights! Mostly rowing, with a little weights in between. Great way to improve your cardio and its a full body workout as well. Awesome conditioning.

What is ClassPass?
