About this class

Get stronger, faster and more flexible @ CP's newest functional fitness class. (No experience necessary) Ready to get in the best shape of your life? Stronger/Faster blends weightlifting and cardio conditioning to help you improve strength, endurance and flexibility. Dumbbells, kettlebells, rings and bars are mixed with plyometric and bodyweight exercises to create fun, challenging, time-based circuits. Everyone is welcome and all workouts are scaleable to ensure that you progress safely and at your own pace. Come twice a week and watch your fitness take off, or drop in once a week for a fun challenge.

Amy was awesome. My first time in this class. Great explanation and demonstration of moves I didnt know, help with form, etc. shes great and deserves 7 stars. Great pace and I feel like I got a solid workout.

We did a warmup with a few light strength moves, a lifting section, and an 8 minute circuit. Amy was super nice and great at explaining the moves. It wasn't quite as fast paced or challenging as I usually prefer, but she gave really good feedback and form advice during the lift section. Definitely had a welcoming vibe

Amy is very warm and welcoming to everyone, especially beginners. This is a great strength-training class. Some people have mentioned that it moves slowly, but I like that. We get a chance to learn and focus on form.

It was an okay class, but it seemed a bit disorganized, as though the instructor was coming up with the exercises as she went.
