Cultivate smooth breathing as you flow from pose to pose with the support of the Pilates Reformer. The Reformer adds structure and enlivens engagement as you get the benefits of Yoga...mental clarity, stress relief, flexibility and strength! This Level 3 class is suitable for people who can perform beginning Yoga and standing balance exercises on the Reformer. Not suitable for students with knee or back issues.

Centered Body Yoga on the Reformer L3 with Amira
I do a lot of Pilates and yoga, so it was interesting to blend the two in this class. I found that the reformer helped refine my sense of balance in each of the poses. Would welcome a bit more physicality in the flow next time!

How to prepare

Grip socks are required. Students can purchase or borrow a pair if necessary. Mats, hand towels, water, and tea are complimentary. Pregnant women must check with studio before signing up for class.

How to get there

The Centered Body Potrero Hill Studio is located in a cozy corner storefront just a few blocks away from Dogpatch retail strip. The comfortable neighborhood setting has easy street parking and is close to public transportation.
