How to prepare

Bring a water bottle and proper shoes. Bike parking available outdoors - please bring a lock! Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in, meet the instructor and get settled.

How to get there

We are on the Corner of Church and Day St. Directly across from TOAST The J Church Muni line drops off 1/2 a lock from the studio and the 24 Divisadero bus drops off 1 block away.

A tough workout. Definitely don't forget your own water bottle--or else you'll go thirsty!! The class is hard enough that you'll regret not having your own cup

The spin part of this class was a 5+, but the TRX was not as good. Overall I liked the class and would go again. Great instructor. There were no cups for water, which was a bummer for me because I ran there.
