RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

How to prepare

Come prepared to sweat and smile. Comfortable exercise clothes are recommended. Yoga mats and towels are provided free at the club. Feel free to bring a lock if you plan to use our lockers!

How to get there

Conveniently located a short walk from either the Green (Lechmere) or Red (Kendall) line stops. Validated parking and on-street parking is also available for our city drivers.

It was a nice Sunday morning class. The sound wasn’t great. And I am more of a high intense beat music. But if you are looking for a blood pumping class mid level spin. This is prefect.

Good workout. A little hard to follow the instructor at times (what RPM to target, what level resistance) but it was fun and the time went by quickly!

What is ClassPass?
