TRX STRONG at California Cycle Path
About this class
This class will push to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to "feel the burn" as you power through as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of high tension loads in this time-based workout that features intermediate to advanced strength exercises. In this class, you'll experience two unique blocks of strength exercises: (1) 15 minutes AMRAP of TRX Strength (2) 15 minutes AMRAP of dumbbells, kettlebells and/or barbells These blocks will deliver a high intensity workout sure to burn calories and leave you quivering during and long after class is complete. Duration: 45 minutes Class Level: Intermediate to Advanced Class Type: Strength

How to prepare
PRE-WORKOUT: You don’t want to take a CCP class on an empty stomach, so we recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack. We suggest wearing a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting shorts or pants. We have plenty of Cycle Path Couture Apparel in the studio available for purchase. ARRIVING: Please arrive at the studio 15 minutes before your class so we can give you a tour of the studio, and help you prepare for class. AMENITIES: Bikes have cages or spd clip in. No shoe rentals. We offer, lockers, water, snacks & towels.

California Cycle Path is located at 3635 California Avenue in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. California Cycle Path started at 3635 California with Indoor Cycling Studio & over the years have expanded to 3 store fronts side by side. Our two newest studio editions TRX Suspension Group Training Room & Concept2 PM5 Rowing Room. Plenty of street parking is available outside the studio.
