Jumpstart your metabolism, optimize your athletic performance, and train smarter with our combination of body control and power movements that transform regular training regimens into high intensity, results-driven workouts. Instructor puts together a great routine every time and know Im getting a great workout!

Class and instructor were both good. A little hard to keep up when switching moves as a first timer, but I could see once you are familiar with the moves, it is easier to follow along. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the air in the studio wasn't working or something and it was very warm in there.

Fun workout and nice instructor, but definitely would classify this as more of a legs/butt class than cardio/core sweat class!

Rachel was fantastic! She took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable during my first class at the studio. Great workout!

Good workout but idk if core is the right word for the class. We never used a mat and also this was not boot camp style. Still a great workout though!!

What is ClassPass?
