If this is your first time at Burn S.F., please arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes before the advertised class start time in order to receive springboard orientation! If you are not there and ready 15 minutes before, you will not be permitted to participate! If you are late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist.

Jocelyn is a new instructor but she is really great and does the moves along side people in class. This class was a little tougher than others but not too hard, I left feeling like I had a great workout.

New instructor; shes super qualified, I think a little more confidence/cheerleader-enthusiasm and offering more corrections would be great. I usually leave Burn sweaty and dripping - this workout was a little tame.

What is ClassPass?
