About this class

This 55 minute class will give you the same intense combination of cardio, pilates and strength training you've come to love with an emphasis on legs and cardio work. You'll challenge yourself with more frequent and longer sets designed to bring more focus to your legs and cardio. All levels welcome!

How to prepare

If this is your first time at Burn S.F., please arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes before the advertised class start time in order to receive your MANDATORY springboard orientation! If you are not there and ready 15 minutes before, you will not be permitted to participate! If you are late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist. Bring a yoga mat for all yoga classes!

I was a bit apprehensive about the cardio since I don’t do enough of it. Not too bad - instructor offers lots of options mixing high & low intensity.

What is ClassPass?
