About this class

This 55 minute class will give you the same intense combination of cardio, pilates and strength training you've come to love with an emphasis on abs and arm work. You'll challenge yourself with more frequent and longer sets designed to bring more focus to your abs and arms. All levels welcome!

How to prepare

If this is your first time at Burn S.F., please arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes before the advertised class start time in order to receive your MANDATORY springboard orientation! If you are not there and ready 15 minutes before, you will not be permitted to participate! If you are late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist. Bring a yoga mat for all yoga classes!

My first time here! Lizbeth and Carmel were both so down to earth and helpful with everything, I felt super comfortable/attended to and got a great work out.. I am def feeling the burn already haha :)

Only 1 round of cardio, so didn’t feel like I got a really good workout

Lots of variety, quick transitions. I liked only having cardio twice. That said, it could have been a little bit more challenging. Instructor was good but he did quick, jerky movements and every other class I’ve been to at Burn has always been focused on slow moves with good form.

Great class and Andrew was awesome! Mostly focused on abs and arms with some cardio and few legs exercises. Will try the full body workout next time.

Really great workout! Love the heavy focus on arms and abs compared to typical burn classes. Would love more complex abs exercises if possible!

What is ClassPass?
