About this class

One of their "signature" classes. This is a courageous, daring and dynamic conditioning experience: 20 second bouts of high intensity interval training (HIIT) followed by 10 seconds of rest. The net result is an increase in your athletic performance and a boost in your VO2max and endurance. The Tabata Protocol has been proven to physiologically transform your body.

How to get there

For classes at the Back Bay location on Boylston Street that are before 8AM, after 5PM (Mon-Fri), or on weekends, you can enter the passcode 2876 (numerical code for BURN) or buzz us through the intercom system to enter. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor or take the stairs (passcode is 8671*)

I really enjoyed Chris’s class. It’s a little less intense than, say, Jonathan’s class (e.g. he doesn’t do a tabata set where the two exercises are both burpees) but I worked up a good sweat, we hit all the major muscle groups, and class went by very fast.

What is ClassPass?
