Love the different blocks and the instructor Katie! She has great energy. We are pushed but are not overwhelmed, especially for a 5 a.m. class. I think it should be a rule instructors learn participants names. It makes such a difference! Only taken this class one other time and Katie remembered me. Always appreciated!

A good workout but the flow is very confusing if it's your first time.

this class combines kickboxing, running (outside), and some circuit type exercises (plank, weights, etc.). it was good but wish they had more weight options rather than just one for everyone in the class to use and some more instruction for the exercises. but Rob is awesome - super motivating and very friendly!!

Good class if you already know what you're doing and want a good workout, but it's a little hectic, exercises aren't always well explained, and there are a lot of people crammed into a small space, which can be intimidating.

What is ClassPass?
