The classes at Build U have a true focus on correct form, incorporating exercises designed to get your muscles functioning the way they were designed to. Injury prevention is key- because if you're injured or hurt, you're not in the gym. And they want you in there. If you don't feel good or are injured, you're on the fast track to losing motivation, rather than the weight you signed up to lose.
