You can expect more time spent OFF the WaterRowers in this Circuit Row class. Think "bootcamp" style workout - they incorporate not just the Row machines (which may be used other than traditional rowing), and also use core exercises, Kettlebells, etc in this HIIT workout. This is a great Row option for first-time rowers who are hesitant about using the WaterRower machines. *Please BRING CLEAN SNEAKERS

How to prepare

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, they are available for purchase at the studio please arrive early to purchase. Please note, Circuit Row classes require sneakers. Bring a water bottle for filtered water. Please bring a hand towel if you need one. They do have one shower with shampoo and body wash. Must bring your own towel.

How to get there

Late arrivals will NOT be permitted into class and will count as a missed class. You must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. NOTE: Reservations are valid at the confirmed location ONLY. If a user goes to the wrong location, they will be charged a missed class fee for not showing at their confirmed location. Additionally, to attend class at Back Bay without a confirmed reservation for the Back Bay location, they must pay the drop-in fee.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
