How it works

About this class

Military Fitness sessions are broken down into ability levels (blue for beginners, red for intermediate and green for advanced) of around 15 people per instructor - so we welcome anyone from fitness rookies to exercise veterans to give it a go. You will start the class with a warm up to increase your heart rate. The main session will be different at every class but you can expect a mixture of bodyweight exercises, resistance exercises with a partner, team relays and games. There is limited running for our beginner groups, whereas for the intermediate and advanced groups you will move at a running pace to different areas of the park; being pushed to your own max ability to ensure you get the most out of the 60 minute class. Some classes include kit such as kettle bells, power bands, boxing kit, tyres and dumbbells. The class ends with a warm down and several high fives!
