Beginner Session at British Military Fitness
About this class
Following the same principles as the Military Fitness classes, our beginner classes are for people who currently do little or no exercise, or are returning to fitness training after a break (i.e. following injury, illness, time off or post natal). We work to the ability of the group. The sessions are broken down to around 15 people per instructor. You will start the class with a warm up to increase your heart rate. The main session will be different at every class but you can expect a mixture of bodyweight exercises, resistance exercises with a partner, team relays and games. The class ends with a warm down and several high fives!

How to prepare
