About this class
This is a true BBS style class, offering a strong, athletic method of Pilates training. With greater focus on strength, interval training and stabilisation, this class session will result in excellent body awareness and fantastic muscle tone. This class is a great all over body workout.

How to prepare
Please bring a towel, water bottle, and your trusty mat! Studio provides mats as well!
How to get there
The studio is located within the Spring Hill Baths. You can enter through the main pool and swing around to the right to the RED LOCKER DOOR beside locker #36- Or enter through the adjacent carpark to the right of the building. The studio is in the back with signage on our door.
