Jen enjoys teaching clients who are interested in mindful movement to achieve whole-body fitness, whether they begin from injury, or are seasoned athletes wanting to reach peak conditioning for their sport. One of her specialties is a thorough technique of functional core strength redevelopment for clients who are injured or for any person whose body is subjected to the stresses of modern life. Once core strength is regained, she guides her clients towards whole-body fitness from the center.
