Core Conditioning focuses on functional movement to increase flexibility and mobility while creating a lengthened and lean body. We use props such as balls, weights, foam rollers, and magic circles to challenge balance, tone the muscles, and facilitate ease of movement. Utilizing a mix of various Pilates, Dance, Feldenkrais, and Gyrokenesis techniques, this class is great for all levels
