About this class

Ready to feel better? This non-heated class, 45-minutes of slow vinyasa flow. We add a 15-minute meditation to the end of each class to reset the body, mind, and spirit. We move the body through sun salutations, balancing poses and hips openers. Come feel softer side of Breath and Body Yoga. This class is unheated perfect for any and all levels. This class is a perfect place for people to begin their yoga practice or to reconnect with their yoga roots. Personal attention and detailed alignment cues make this class perfect for everyone. This class is still challenging but is great for those who are new to Breath and Body Yoga and are looking for more guidance, as well as seasoned practitioners seeking a deeper knowledge of the poses. This class moves slower so that you can reap the full benefit of the pose. In every single class, you will move through a series of strength-building poses, balancing poses, backbends, and inversions. Flow slowly and mindfully and refine your practice!

Loved that we were able to get some essential oils. The flow was good but the meditation was great!! The bowls were so relaxing and Laura led a great meditation! I left feeling pretty great :-)

What is ClassPass?
