Breath and Body Power Vinyasa (85-92 degrees): This class links vitalizing breath with the mindful movements of the body to create a powerful flow. You will cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, focus and awareness. You will leave class feeling more mindful and revitalized. In every single class you will move through a series of strength building poses, balancing poses, backbends, and inversions. We offer modifications and intensifications during class to empower you no matter where you are in your practice. Get ready to take your practice to the next level as you discover your strength, challenge your boundaries, and awaken your spirit!

I liked the sequencing of this class, but the pacing was way too fast, which meant that I couldn’t breathe deeply and practice in a satisfying way.

Felt more intense than the last ones I attended. a lot of pressure from the instructor to do inversions. I think I might be too novice for this class. I wouldn't consider it good for beginners.

Teacher was great & flow was good. Heat was ????????. Only suggestion I have for this studio in general is that they can move too fast— not in the sense of too fast to follow the sequence — but way too fast to breathe deep in each asana. I’ll be finishing an inhale & the teacher has already gone two poses ahead. Also, very rushed up dog—>down dog each time.
