About this class

It's often believed that open hips and open hamstrings are the key to having an open heart. This class is a fun variation on our signature Power Vinyasa that focuses on diving deep into opening the often tight hips and hamstrings. Be prepared to open your body during this hip and hamstring focused flow that includes standing postures, balancing poses, inversions, and backbends. Class is heated to 90 degrees and soulful music will accompany the flow.

Good class, loved the cold lavender towel and grapefruit at the end. At times it was a little difficult to follow the cues but overall good.

Way more intense than expected, especially for my first yoga class in 3 years! But it was great. Megan was awesome, the studio is fabulous and the cold towel and cold grapefruit at the end was the icing on the cake. If I didnt live far south I would be here regularly.

What is ClassPass?
