About this class

This outdoor fun training program is run by a husband and wife team. Jay and Marcella (Major and The LT.) You will be starting the workout with a warm up jog (1-2 miles with walk breaks) Or you can join the walking, warm-up crew, if you have an injury or "fear of running". Then the workout is body part specific. You will either be doing chest legs and triceps with abs or back, hamstrings, biceps and shoulders with abs. Pushing out pulling. there are weights and yoga mats for you to borrow. all you need to bring is a bottle of water. there is free parking in the parking lot of the George C. Page Museum, which is the La Brea Tar pits Museum. 5801 Wilshire blvd. The entrance is near the corner of 6th and Curson ave.
