About this class

Balls, gliders, bands – oh my. This low impact, strength-based class uses a plethora of tools to strengthen the body head to toe. Unlike our fast paced, high impact classes – in this workout: the slower you go, the harder you work. An amazing addition to high-impact routines. Expect to sweat a lot and feel this one the next day! *BE ADVISED - CLASSES IN THE HOT ROOM CAN REACH TEMPS OF 35 DEGREES CELCIUS (similar to a regular Moksha class) - make sure to hydrate, take breaks when you need it and consult with a medical professional if you're not sure if this is the right workout for you. **BOLO's hot classes require the use of yoga mats - bring if you have, otherwise we have them for rent at the front desk! 2 CLASS CREDITS

This class is always super challenging but so enjoyable. Jaclyn is super encouraging and helpful. I highly recommend for people wanting a challenging and toning workout. It is low impact so good for people with sensitive joints or injuries.

What is ClassPass?
