SCULPT & CYCLE with Teresa
Good combination of strength training and cardio but boring instructor... think calm yoga teacher voice trying to get everyone to bike to Beyoncé. Kinda awkward. I prefer a more upbeat vibe especially at 6am. Might try a different instructor.
SCULPT & CYCLE with Teresa
very disappointed
SCULPT & CYCLE with Teresa
Instructor mandated that grippy socks were worn and offered dirty loaner socks. That is extremely unsanitary. Instructor also was not helpful throughout the class and seemed more focused on getting her own workout in
SCULPT & CYCLE with Teresa
Great class, but feels odd to start with sculpt instead of cycle portion.
SCULPT & CYCLE with Teresa
Wow! Amazing strength and cardio workout. People who do this regularly are badass.
SCULPT & CYCLE with Teresa
Studio has so much potential but needs a lot of help. I was new, instructor/owner never even asked my name. Torso twist was done on the wrong side (working side faces back platform - she should know this). Cycling i had NO idea what was going on. What does “2 o’clock” mean. Plus she was clearly into her own workout as she was breathless a lot of the class. Cycling studio is beautiful and bikes are amazing.
