About this class

Bodyline Burn Level 3-5 is a blend of classical Pilates exercises with an addition of cutting edge pilates progressions. This class utilizes different props and equipment each week. Your back and abdominal strength will be involved in virtually every exercise. Modifications will be given for those with injuries but you MUST know your pilates basics. *Prerequisite At least five level 1-2 classes at Bodyline unless you are familiar with how to adjust your own equipment and know the names of classical pilates exercises.

She's a great instructor, the style and flow of class is classical..I'm not a fan of classical pilates. If you enjoy classical this is for you. She's very hands on and corrects you. Instructor could have been a bit more friendly, her demeanor is a bit strong. This could be intimidating for newbies.

How to prepare

Grippy socks are REQUIRED for all group sessions. Grip socks are available for sale at the studio. Due to safety reasons, we do not allow people to enter the class 10 minutes after it has started. No exceptions.

How to get there

Complementary valet parking available weekdays except for Friday 5:30pm and 6:30pm group sessions. Ample street parking available everyday of the week.
