About this class

B-Boxing is a 60-minute boxing class. B-Boxing is based on the methods and concepts boxers use to improve fitness and stay in shape. B-Boxing features the awesome Aqua bags that are great to work with if you are a beginner or advanced boxer. Each session takes a variety of formats and includes shadow boxing, bag work, press-ups, sit-ups and intense core work. B-Box Fit classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is fun, and very challenging. Gloves and wraps can be purchased in the studio, or you are welcome to bring your own as we do not provide then for use.

It's my favourite class in London - always fun and challenging. Keith tailors the exercises to the individual levels so total beginners can train together with those who are on a more advanced level. Fully recommend it to anyone who are looking for a good workout.

How to prepare

Our studio is equipped with showers, toilets, and changing area. Try to eat something 30-60 minutes before class, our classes are high intensity so you will need the fuel, just don’t get too full. Be sure to bring a towel, some water, and arrive at least 5 minutes before the class. You will not be allowed to join the class once it has started. If attending one of our Boxing classes, you will need to bring gloves and wraps. Our outdoor classes do not have changing facilities so you need to arrive in your training gear.

How to get there

We are located at 259 Holloway Road N7 8HG. Holloway road tube station is 1 minute walk(Piccadilly Line) or a short bus ride from Highbury and Islington station (overground and Victoria line). There is pay and display parking on Eden grove, and cycle rack directly outside our studio. Our outdoor classes are located at the Emirates stadium (Dennis Bergkamp statue) 44 Hornsey street N7. This is a 5 minute walk from Holloway road tube station(Piccadilly Line)
