PILATES: MIXED LEVELS bodyFi takes Pilates to a whole new level. Our 45 minute signature class combines Pilates with strength training and cardio and strength drills that will keep your heart pumping throughout. Our method allows for more exercise options and quicker transitions, ensuring you will make the absolute most of every minute. Expect an intense fast-paced total body workout that will not only sculpt & tone long lean muscles, but will improve endurance, stamina, balance, alignment and of course core strength. With a strong emphasis on form and always led by certified & experienced instructors, this workout is for both your body and your mind. We believe that a strong mind/body connection leads not only to faster and far superior results, but overall muscular balance, health and an improved quality of life.

How to prepare

Please bring water, closed toe shoes (for non Pilates classes), sticky socks (for Pilates classes) and a padlock (if you wish to lock your things).

How to get there

Type in 735 Montgomery St, Suit 109 into google maps to find the entrance to the Fidi Location. 2310 Mission St for Mission location. You will not be permitted to take class if you arrive 5 minutes late or more. Unfortunately, the studio does not have space for indoor bike storage.

Very easy, low intensity class. Zero cardio, all muscle focused. Instructor has an accent which can be hard to understand at times, but that didnt bug me. Ill come back whenever Pilates ProWorks isnt available.

One of the least challenging Pilates classes that Ive taken. Wish the instructor gave alternatives for different levels of experience. However the instructor was really nice and I would try it again.

This class is my new favorite way to end Monday - slower paced, so that you can really focus on the breath. I dont break a sweat, but I always feel like I got a good workout the next morning.

Kasia is super focused on form and accuracy and will make sure youre doing all the moves correctly. The class itself isnt too challenging and great for beginners.
