About this class

Drop in for a GROUP PT session | 45 Minutes  This unique program allows you to work one-on-one with a personal trainer for an intense training session in a group limited to 6 people. This is a total body workout that helps you get more out of your time spent working out. You'll use equipment that will help you build strength and enhance your fitness program. Each workout contains components of AGILITY-CORE-STRENGTH. Strength: Upper Body, Lower BodyAthletic PerformanceCore 6-PACK classes are limited to 6 people and last for 45 minutes. If and when attendance for this class is 3 or less, the class length may be shortened to 30 minutes.

How to prepare

Please bring water, closed toe shoes (for non Pilates classes), sticky socks (for Pilates classes) and a padlock (if you wish to lock your things).

How to get there

Type in 735 Montgomery St, Suit 109 into google maps to find the entrance to the Fidi Location. 2310 Mission St for Mission location. You will not be permitted to take class if you arrive 5 minutes late or more. Unfortunately, the studio does not have space for indoor bike storage.

This is an excellent class. Focus is on strength and proper form. Danny is really attentive and makes sure your form on each exercise is spot on to get the most out of the workout and to avoid injury. These are small classes too (max 6 people) so he really is able to help everybody. Would highly recommend.

I was pushed to my limits. Great workout.

It was a good workout. But it didnt last the entire time, I feel like I need more core. It was very arm heavy. Which Im fine with, but needed more variety. Also, it felt like the instructor was hitting on me the entire time. Im all for Help if doing something wrong but he was with me talking and flirting majority of the time. Which made me really uncomfortable. B/c of that, Im not going back.

This class is only supposed to have 6 people max and we had 8. It really messed with the vibe of the class and made doing the circuits difficult.
