I signed up for a jump class but this was maybe 15 percent jump, 25 percent reformer, and 60 percent work that could have been done in a floor Pilates class. I prefer the true jump classes that primarily focus on lower body exercises and this was anything but that. The one positive was that the instructor was very rhythmic and planned music that coordinated with the exercise counts she gave.

What is ClassPass?
