About this class

[This class is NOT heated] LOCATION: 2416 CHESTNUT STREET (street level -- NOT the hot studio) Head to Toe Rolling is designed to awaken your body’s resilience to erase pain, relieve stress, and improve performance. Join us as we use the transformative Roll Model® Method and its specialized Yoga Tune Up™ Therapy Massage Balls to help relieve chronic pain, discover pain blind spots and work through any ‘emotional trauma’ caused by previous injury. This class will focus on posture and help retrain your mind and body to work through all types of ailments. In the evening, Head to Toe Roll is led via soft candlelight to help you unwind, destress and down regulate. Movement is medicine, and at the correct dose, it will improve your quality of life. Whether you’re a top athlete who wants to improve your performance or a new mama with sore shoulders, the treatment is the same. Your tissues need comprehensive, integrated strategies to restore optimal performance so that you can do what you want to do, better and pain-free. Head to Toe Rolling will uncover and erase pains that were previously hiding in plain sight, and remodel your body into a fortress that pain cannot penetrate.

How to prepare

Students should wear something light. You're going to sweat! Also remember to bring a mat and towel. If you don't have a mat or towel, you can rent them for $3 each at the studio. Please leave your valuables at home or in a secure place. We have locks available for rent. Body Temp Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Given the popularity of weekend Sculpt classes, there's going to be a lot of love in the room--meaning a lot of sharing the space. The Hot Sculpt classes are very crowded.

How to get there

You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class time or you forfeit your spot and your reservation will be noted as a missed class. Please remember. There are 2 studios -- one is heated and one is unheated. The location of your class is in the Class Description. If you go to a class and something seems off then you're probably at the wrong studio. Note: The Renew studio is currently undergoing a seismic retrofit. The Body Temp Hot Yoga studio is located on the second floor above The Missing Sock Laundry.

This class was amazing! A little gem among all ClassPass classes. Chadd and the other students were really inviting and Chadd explained muscle anatomy as we rolled our muscles, so I feel like I learned something valuable. He was receptive to what muscles we said needed attention, and tailored the class to cover that. The perfect class to take when you're feeling sore!

Because of the substitute teacher this class was so differnt that it was not what I expected. I was really a yoga stretching class not really a rolling class. We spent too little time doing rolling which is what I have come to expect from this class.

Amazing class for releasing aches and pains! I have a lot of chronic lower back pain, tight hips and calves from spinning. This class helped release things that I couldn't quite get to through chiropractic work or traditional stretching. Highly recommend for therapeutic effects!

What is ClassPass?
