About this class

GROUP CYCLING: The class will take you through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, pacing, and interval training; an exhilarating cardio workout! Gears,RPMS and Watts used to increase and improve individual performance. (Heart rate monitors are highly recommended). All classes are 60 minutes long (unless noted otherwise).

Class is great but the monitor on the bike stopped working halfway thru. Seems like a few of the bikes have ongoing issues. Wish they would just take them out of rotation or fix them!

The music was mellow and very dated. Instructor didnt offer to help me set up my bike, a student helped instead. Class ended 4 minutes early. Dont recommend. Only thing I liked was that it was outdoors and nice facility (I.e showers and steam room)

Bikes are outside on the patio. If its hot, wear sunscreen and bring sunglasses! The class is pretty slow paced.

What is ClassPass?
