About this class

Tai Chi is an Asian martial art practiced for many reasons including defense training, its health benefits such as balance and core strengthening. The chi in Tai Chi means qi or ki, “life energy.” The concept of Tai Chi appears in Taoist philosophy, where it represents the fusion of Ying and Yang into a single ultimate. In Body & Brain yoga, you can learn basic form of Tai Chi through DahnMuDo.

Feel the energy moving. I felt like the "the new air bender". Its great for every age group and feels easy. You will feel the results next day. For busy minds, controlling your energy and grounding yourself is important and this class is great for that! The staff is like family, beautiful atmosphere.
