Body & Brain Yoga
Not your typical vinyasa class. More like a stretching and relaxing energy movement class.
Body & Brain Yoga
I wouldnt recommend this class to people looking for a regular yoga experience. In fact, I wouldnt describe this as yoga. It was a series of exercises on mats, but there was no flow, down dog, etc. The exercises seemed vaguely inspired by tai chi and originate from the books/teachings of a guy called Ilchi Lee. I felt pretty weird and uncomfortable during my class and when I looked into Body & Brain afterwards I found a lot of unsettling stuff online. They also had me fill out an extensive form w lots of personal info which I now regret doing. I got new-agey vibes which arent my cup of tea maybe youll like them, but do some research before going!
