Super cool training house! Trainer should have paid more attention to beginners and show them basic skills.
Muay-Thai (Introductory & General Level)
Not introductory but still worth a shot
Muay-Thai (Introductory & General Level)
Friendly and as a total newbie was really apprehensive but class was great, trainer came over and introduced himself as we warmed up (haven’t used a skipping rope since I was 7!) and took me through some shadow boxing punch basics then when everyone paired up got us doing intro/basic sequences and kept checking in and giving us more to put together, felt like was learning. Good cardio at start and conditioning at end of class. Sure the rest of the class were clearly regulars and looked total pros but I never once felt like a total dud! Can’t wait to go back.
Response from the studio:

Friendly people and helpful instructor. Not recommended for complete beginners - I was told to try weekday beginners classes which will be teaching more basic stuff.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for your feedback. Our staff is trying to make the class suitable for everyone but if you feel that you need more attention, please let the instructor know and he will try to assist you as much as he can. Come back soon.

This class was amazing... I loved it so much. But if your a beginner it may be beneficial to go to a beginners class to learn the moves first. Saying that I feel like I did ok as a first timer.
Response from the studio:
Thanks for the feedback.
