About this class
This class is designed especially for people in their late 50’s and their 60’s and 70’s and beyond ... yes really. Come as you are and begin from there. Aching joints, stiffness, pain, no energy ... come along, yoga can help. Exercise with mindful effort and deliberate, conscious application can help to bring about change. Improved balance, core strength and stress relief creating lightness and space in your body and mind and life can be some effect. You’ll work hard but always at your own pace. We use props where necessary to help you access the poses with healthy alignment and safe support.

How to prepare
Black Lotus Studio has has all equipment available to use. Just bring yourself and the yoga gear you want to practice in.
How to get there
Please enter the studio via Stinson Lane . There is a long wooden fence and a gate with the studio logo on it halfway down the lane. Press the button and push the gate open to enter the garden and come in.
