How to prepare

For outdoor classes bring water or sports drink. Dress light for indoor classes. Attire for outdoor classes should be appropriate for that time of year. Bringing small workout towel for indoor classes if you need one. Studio has showers but bring your own towel!

How to get there

90 Canal St. Basement Gym Boston, MA 02114 Showers available here, no towel services. T accessible via Green/ Orange Line Haymarket T Stop On Street Metered Parking. Check the T.D. Garden Schedule as it can be difficult to find a space on the street before or during an event.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
