On street metered parking We are directly across the street from North Station T Class flow is important and this non-stop functional strength workout is going to tone you up while keeping your heart rate elevated at the same time. You never know what to expect. Some days are innovative circuit style classes and other days group style fitness challenges.

How to prepare

For outdoor classes bring water or sports drink. Dress light for indoor classes. Attire for outdoor classes should be appropriate for that time of year. Bringing small workout towel for indoor classes if you need one. Studio has showers but bring your own towel!

How to get there

90 Canal St. Basement Gym Boston, MA 02114 Showers available here, no towel services. T accessible via Green/ Orange Line Haymarket T Stop On Street Metered Parking. Check the T.D. Garden Schedule as it can be difficult to find a space on the street before or during an event.

Amazing and challenging class. Felt welcomed by both the instructor and the other attendees.

Definitely more of an intermediate class and up. There are 10+ stations that the instructor John goes through at the beginning and most of the stations have a card that says the name of the exercise you should be doing. He roams around to let you know how you are doing- though I'm still not sure if I was doing the exercises correctly... Older equipment but not a dirty gym. There is a shower but you bring your own towels and also bring your own water to drink, there wasn't much left as they don't have a bubbler but just a gallon bottle. Lightest weight there is 12lbs. Location is in the building basement that can be accessed on the door to the left when you enter lobby.
