About this class

Rapid Exercise Performance incorporates high intensity interval training in a class that focuses on aspects of fitness such as muscular strength, endurance and core reinforcement. The class includes, but is not limited to, functional movements using body weight exercises and compound movements with light to moderate weight to improve agility, endurance, strength, and core. Coached by our highly qualified and motivated coaches in a fun community based group fitness environment.

Challenging class, Matt is very knowledgeable and patient when correcting form.

Definitely the toughest workout I've found on class pass, so it gets 5 stars. The class regulars were more welcoming than he instructor, he might have been new. Things got started pretty quickly without much of an introduction but then the instructor came around more to walk me through some moves and correct my form, a lot.

Lester is a great coach who motivates you to stick with the challenging workout sets but also monitors you for proper form.

A Crossfit class basically. Really tough! People brought their kids so there was a lot of kids there and a good mix of women and men. Was a good vibe. Everyone seemed to know each other. Teacher was really helpful and encouraging.

What is ClassPass?
