About this class

A sacred experience to take time out of your day to connect to your baby. This class integrates specific poses to maintain balance in your changing body during all stages of pregnancy. In addition, breathwork and meditation techniques will be taught to prepare the mother for childbirth and motherhood. This class provides a safe, supportive community for mothers to share this experience together. (ALL-LEVELS)

The class starts with all mamas saying how they are feeling. I love this part because you learn so much from others experiences.

This class has too much talking, not enough yoga. I've been a few times. This last time we talked for over 30 minutes before beginning any poses. It would be much better to go to a regular restorative class.

Restorative-style yoga with modifications for pregnancy. If you are looking for a more workout-intensive, vinyasa flow-style practice, I would recommend instead going to a regular yoga class and telling the instructor beforehand you are pregnant for suggestions of how to modify.

What is ClassPass?
