I thought Bayshore Fit Weekday Warrior was an incredible workout. This was my first time here. I had heard great things about them so was anxious to give them a try. The class is circuit style with short sprints in between each circuit. I liked Dan's instruction. He was motivating, challenging and encouraged modification. It is held outside in a small warehouse that is not air conditioned. There is a big door to let air in and fans. It is incredibly hot.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
