Class was 45 minutes, I enjoyed the stations. I’d say it was an intermediate class which is perfect for me and close to Bayshore blvd if you do like running. The girl working the front desk was very kind.

This gym doesnt have enough equipment. The classes get too big and they cant accommodate. The workout seemed low in energy so I wouldnt go again.

one of the worst classes I've ever taken. had us doing planks soccer with no warm up. Tried to put 25 people in the hospital with back injuries. Didn't even jog in place to break a sweat. Then did 30 minutes of basically a nothing workout for extreme beginners. Nothing Dynamic. I had to go by myself and do my own work out just to break a sweat. Wasted 10 minutes at the beginning of the class talking and doing nothing. When I come for a 45-minute workout I come to work out for the entire 45 minutes. This was ridiculous

Ryan is very welcoming and is helpful with form. However, the class was not nearly as intense as I'd hoped for. I would have liked to have been pushed harder and had less downtime between exercises. This class is great for beginners, but may leave a lot to be desired for people who exercise regularly.

The warm up did not involve upper body. No stretching either.

Class was challenging, a great way to get back in shape and make your body work. I could have used a bit more direction at times in terms of demonstrating moves. Upon entrance I had no idea where to go no one was at the front desk, but the workout was great!

Great class! It was whole body, which was nice. Not a lot of instruction so you may feel lost if you dont know the basics, like form for squats and other strength exercises. Big group, and I felt comfortable modifying as necessary.

Great class! Better for moderate to advanced athletes, as there wasn't much direction or form correction. Having a base knowledge of exercises is needed. Challenging and fast paced workout. Ample parking and easy check in. Would definitely go back!
