About this class

A 1-hour long class packed with fun and creative functional exercises, treadmill work and weightlifting, that will engage all major muscle groups and push you physically to ensure that you get a challenging and energizing full-body workout. Lean206 is an interval training workout that mixes cardio with strength training. The cardio portion of class uses their state of the art Woodway treadmills for a smooth, low impact running experience like no other. The strength training portion of class will work you from head to toe and involves a range of equipment such as weights, sandbags, body weight exercises and much more. This 60 minute class will build on your strength, endurance and overall physical conditioning. Lean206 is for everyone. Bring water & a sweat towel!

It’s ok. Its intervals on a tread and weights on the floor. Not ground breaking. I’m sure each instructor makes the biggest difference. Mine wasn’t very high energy and talked a lot so you couldn’t zone out and hear music.

Waverly is great. The lights in this studio kind of drive me nuts though. Not sure why it needs to be super dark with red lights while doing bench jumps and other moves. Would be better if we could actually see.
