25-30 minutes of cardiovascular treadmill intervals and 25-30 minutes of strength training utilizing resistance bands, weights and other equipment to target the biceps, triceps and abdominal muscle groups followed by a short stretch and cool down.

Class was good. It was my first time taking Gina’s class, I agree with some of the reviews. The instructions for the treadmill could’ve been clearer (I felt she was more focused on the handful of people doing double-floor). I really like taking classes at Barry’s, but I think I prefer other instructors I’ve had.

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

What is ClassPass?
