About this class

20-25 minutes of cardiovascular treadmill intervals and 20-25 minutes of strength training utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and other equipment to target the chest, back and abdominal muscle groups followed by a short stretch and cool down.

How to prepare

You will receive a confirmation email from Barry’s, confirming you are booked in the class. Please note that your spot is assigned upon check in for the first available spot, meaning you have an equal chance of getting a tread, floor or DF spot. The Barry’s staff will do their best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a treadmill spot. If you would like to be guaranteed a treadmill spot in class you need to book with a Barry’s class credit and make sure you are checked in 5 minutes prior to class time.

How to get there

Please make sure to go to 1500 South Lincoln Blvd in Venice, not Santa Monica. There is a complimentary parking lot in back of the studio.

The workout was great. the room was almost pitch black and the music is so loud the bass actually rattled my treadmill before running on it- it’s a great environment if you are concerned about other people watching you workout, but was personally a little too much for me. Easy to modify workouts and weights

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.'
