25-30 minutes of cardiovascular treadmill intervals and 25-30 minutes of strength training utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and other equipment to target the chest, back and abdominal muscle groups followed by a short stretch and cool down.

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

I went for the first time, and it was a really good workout . very intense however don't be afraid because they allow you to go at your own pace if needed. I recommend going early for your first time just so you can be ready for the actual class.

What is ClassPass?
