SIGNATURE at Barrecore
About this class
The original and best loved Barrecore class; SIGNATURE uses our unique combination of isometric exercises (small intense movements) alternated with stretching to help you create the longer, leaner looking physique associated with working out at the barre. In this dynamic class you’ll use a combination of bodyweight resistance, light props, work at the ballet barre and high repetitions to exhaust all major muscle groups. Particular focus is given to activating and toning the arms, thighs, seat and core. Despite being a high intensity full body workout, this class is low impact and is suitable for all fitness levels. Choreography changes from session to session to ensure you don’t plateaux and to keep your muscles guessing. If you are pregnant or have recently given birth then we STRONGLY ADVISE you to book a pre/post natal modifications session first for your own safety!

How to prepare
Socks must be worn in class (preferably non-slip and covering the entire foot - available to purchase in Studio). If you're over 5 minutes late we're unable to allow entry due to health and safety. No mobile phones are allowed in Studio. HIIT, SCULPT and ADVANCED classes are not suitable for pregnant women and require you to have taken a minimum number of Barrecore classes before attending. If you cancel a class at Barrecore you may receive an auto-email about cancelation fees BUT ClassPass users are ONLY responsible for ClassPass fees.
How to get there
Our Wandsworth Studio is conveniently situated across from Wandsworth Town Train Station on the Old York thoroughfare, next to the famous Alma public house.
